Oct 15, 2020-The OPSB will hold a public hearing on Jan. 6, 2021 regarding Big Plain Solar, LLC’s proposal to construct a solar farm in Madison County. The hearing will be conducted using Cisco Webex, a web-based platform that facilitates participation by telephone or live video on the internet.
Oct 8, 2020-The Ohio Power Siting Board today adopted an oral motion that was unanimously approved during its Sept. 17, 2020 meeting, removing a requirement that Icebreaker Windpower must completely feather wind turbines, stopping them from rotating, during nighttime hours from March 1 through November 1.
